這是最新的百老匯名劇 Hamilton 中的歌曲

這部音樂劇講的是美國國父之一, 第一屆財務部長 Alexander Hamilton 的故事

這部音樂劇多數歌曲是以嘻哈樂風呈現

因為作者 Lin-Manuel Miranda 認為這位國父非常能體現嘻哈精神 XD

在 2008 年白宮的 Poetry Jam 上發表時提到: Hamilton 是個出生於窮苦家庭的孤兒, 最後高升為華盛頓的助手, 跟幾乎所有的國父都有過節 (beef with every other founding father XD)

所以其中有兩段與 Thomas Jefferson 的爭吵是 rap battle 呈現, 太酷了!!!

為了這部戲, 我決定再去美國一次了 XDDD

"You'll Be Back" 這曲是 King George 唱的歌

有別於嘻哈樂風, 這首歌的曲風比較偏向英搖

劇情是美國要準備獨立了, King George 向心愛的美國殖民地的宣言❤️

第一段倒在茶葉內的就是之前秒買秒退借用的波士頓傾茶事件 (Boston Tea Party)

第二段 "subject" 出現了四次, 卻有兩種不同的意思

一開始是話題, 後來變成所有物的意思

另外我會愛上這首歌, 除了因為在另外一個版本, King George 說了一句 "awsome, wow" 超好笑

還有就是在 "don't change the subject" 這句話後面的顫音, 好想學怎麼彈喔~

然後現在在百老匯的已經是 King George 五代了

這個連結的演唱者是 King George 二代 Jonathan Groff~~😍

剛開始還不太懂歌詞的時候想說: 靠, 這不是情歌嗎? 怎麼會殺他全家的?

仔細聽內容我就快笑死了
